I believe in the power of connection, and I’m dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where you can be your true self—without fear of judgment. As a Punjabi woman, I understand the unique challenges and stigma that can come with seeking support, and I’m passionate about helping clients navigate these complexities with empathy and respect.
I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples, and I’m here to listen, understand, and offer support as you navigate life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship conflict, or personal development, I’m here to help you move forward.
Using research-based approaches, I guide my clients toward healing and growth. With over 10 years of experience as a teacher and high school counselor, I’ve had the privilege of working with youth, families, and couples from all walks of life, supporting them through challenges both big and small.
I truly believe that you are the expert in your own life. My job is to bring my skills and experience to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. My hope is that you leave each session feeling lighter, more grounded, and more hopeful—whether you're focusing on personal growth or strengthening your relationships. Sometimes, it’s nice to talk to someone outside of your circle, and if you're ready to take that first step, I'd be honored to connect with you. Please free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I’d love to hear from you!

With a passion for supporting teens and adults through various life challenges, I specialize in providing a healing space for those dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship conflict, self-esteem and self-identity struggles. Raj
My name is Raj, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) at Asher Wellness group, working primarily with clients online. As a registered clinical counsellor with a background in education, I bring a compassionate, grounded approach to my work with individuals seeking growth and healing. My academic and professional journey has been deeply shaped by my commitment to understanding the complexities of the human experience, especially within the realm of mental health. I am here to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore and navigate life’s challenges in a way that respects your unique experiences and goals.

I have worked with a wide variety of people in my years as a counsellor. My specialty is working with men who are facing a range of life transitions, emotional difficulties, and personal struggles. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or looking for ways to connect more deeply with your authentic self, I am here to help you uncover insights and build resilience. I recognize the unique societal pressures and expectations that young men often encounter, and I aim to provide tailored support that helps you build confidence and clarity in your personal journey.

In my practice, I work from a holistic perspective, integrating psychodynamic psychotherapy with solution-focused techniques to address both underlying emotional patterns and immediate concerns. This balanced approach allows us to look deeply into the past to understand how it shapes the present while also developing actionable steps to help you move forward. I believe that true growth emerges when we consider both the mind and body in the healing process, and I’m here to support you in achieving a more balanced and fulfilling life.

ARJEE
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with Asher Wellness Group. I support individuals both in person and online in the Lower Mainland. I obtained a Master’s Degree in Counselling from City University of Seattle, a B.Ed from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. from the University of Victoria. With my educational background and experience, I have strong understanding that we can manage how we think, behave and regulate our emotions.
Change and healing happens over time, not immediately. Through building a therapeutic relationship, you will gain the skills that you need to feel empowered, and as a result, take charge of your mental-well being. Each individual has a story, and I believe that taking a person centered approach helps to develop self esteem, self-acceptance, and build healthy relationships.
I have worked extensively with youth and families from various demographics including cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. There are many barriers that may prevent someone to seek counselling, however, I offer support in a non-judgmental space while respecting beliefs and dignity.
You are not powerless, and there is hope for you.
